Industrial rehabilitation

Our industrial rehabilitation program is designed to help patients return to work, maximize functional outcomes and promote wellness. Often, your therapist can provide care management in a responsible manner for the physician and your employer. Industrial Rehab includes:

Work hardening/work conditioning
The goal of work hardening or work conditioning is to provide physical rehabilitation, education and job simulation so patients can reach their goal and return to work.

Functional capacity evaluation (FCE)
The goal of FCE is to provide objective data to the injured worker, attending physicians, insurers and your employer about functional abilities for both daily and job-related activities.

Job site analysis
It’s important for therapists to understand the specifics of the environment in which someone works. The job site analysis determines functions and demands, including ergonomic recommendations about a specific job from both the employee and employer point of view.
