Decompression-Reduction System (DRS)

The Decompression-Reduction System (DRS) offers many patients relief from recurrent back pain associated with herniated or bulging discs.

DRS uses true negative pressure to help bulging discs realign and draw back into the spine. Since there is little or no pressure on the spine during treatment, the DRS promotes a healing environment. Once better circulation is restored, vital nutrients flow into the area.

An outpatient procedure, most patients receive 20 treatments over a four-week period. Patients suffering from herniated, degenerative or protruding discs are most appropriate for DRS. Ask your doctor to find out if DRS might be right for you.

DRS treatments help increase a patient’s range of motion and decrease pain—which improves quality of life and allows them to better complete daily living tasks without significant pain.

DRS treatments are available at the King’s Daughters’ Rehabilitation Center, 2670 North Michigan Road, Madison.
